I had been so depressed and lonely; I never saw the true meaning of life. I was confute to think I had nothing to live for, when it had been here all along. It was you. Even if you will never return my love, I will always have you. I have reached conformity with myself. I shall live on. To be with you, to hear your sweet, gentle voice. Starting at hello, and ending in goodbye. The person I love, so close to my heart, but not intertwined. It was never meant to be, and we have no control over our feelings. For I am a humble friend, and she, your dazzling queen. However, I trust you. I always will. I am your jester. Humorous, yet agitating. I shall meander through your keep, wondering why I am here. The answer is the same as ever, to be near you. To hear but a whisper from your lips. To feel your touch. Even just catch a measly passing glance. You know I exist, and I thank you. For it is you, and you alone that I exist for. Thank you for being my one, true friend. I will always love you.
