Christmas is about being with the family, well, most of my family seems to be in the hospital. It seems as if everyone on my dads side of the family is in the hospital. Just recently, my Dads step mom had just finished chemotherapy, and it isn't looking too good. Then just about two weeks ago, my uncle had had another kidney failure. And as of last night, my Aunt had a blood vessel pop, in her head. She was rushed to the hospital, she was lucky enough that she DIDN'T die. Then there is always the constant worry of my dog passing away soon, as old as he is. I can't help but feel sorry for my father. The poor guy can barely get up north to where they are all hospitalized. I can tell that he's trying to be positive, and keep all of our spirits up. But he shouldn't be doing that for us, but for his family instead.
On a brighter note: School was let out for 2 weeks, and about time too. I need a break to catch up with all the work I'm practically drowning in. --- I'm sure you guys know that I really don't like to read books, but I need some book suggestions to read over break. I have read 800 pages by January 11th, for Language Arts. I don't really have a certain kind of book that I like or don't like, because I've never really payed attention to any of that.
Anddd I actually just finished a book about a week ago, called The Giver. It's a book about a Utopia. I actually really liked it. It's very descriptive and definitely will have you wanting more. ;3 ---
Whew.
