Zarin looked up and saw a rather enraged looking tall woman running towards him. As she neared, he tried to explain that he'd just found it and not looked inside it, but upon her arrival in front of him, the tall slim girl with glasses kicked him in the shin.
"Why would you steal my wallet!?" she demanded. Zarin tried to explain, but was quickly interrupted.
"I haven't even seen you before you crafty little b*****d." she barked.
"But I..." Zarin pleaded, rubbing his shin.
"Give me my wallet!"
"Just a sec..." Zarin replied, "I don't know this is yours. I'll have to check the ID."
The girl lunged at him, in an attempt to take the wallet out of his hand, but Zarin caught her with his free hand and flipped the wallet open. Looking at the ID card, then back at the girl, and once again at the card, he closed the wallet and handed it to the stranger, who took it eagerly from Zarin's grasp.

"So. Angil. May I ask why you felt it necessary to kick me in the shin?" he inquired, picking up his now ice cold grocery bag.
Stepping away from Zarin, Angil kicked him again.
"Damnit!" he exclaimed, "What was that for?"
"Stealing my wallet." Angil said blankly.
"But I just handed it back to you! Oh you're impossible. It was almost nice meeting you. Have a nice day."
Zarin began to walk away but was promptly tripped by Angil.
"Sweet jeebus!" he shouted as he dropped the bag of groceries. He - and the cola - hit the ground fairly hard.
The Pebkac ended up landing on top of the bread, thus preventing its explosion, but flattening the bread. Standing up, Zarin brushed the snow off his stinging appendages.
"Can I go home now?" he asked, finding it quite difficult to remain calm.
"Sure. Nobody's stopping you." replied Angil as she began to walk away.

After retrieving his things, Zarin headed back home.
