That's one of my most biggest pet peeves. Chat speak. People who cannot take the time to type out good ol' English make me angry. Seriously, if you're soo lazy to not type out English in the whole form, you do NOT deserve to be here!
Stop butchering the English language! It's people like you who make me cry. Stop using numbers for words! Only the people in Taiwan with their cellphones can do that! Leave be! It's 'TO' not 2. 4 is not for!!!
And those of you who DO type like that deserve to be flamed. There's no excuse for it! I understand abbreviations when you're trying to type fast. I use "brb" and "gtg" only 'cause if my dad catches me online, he'll slaughter me. e.e; But that's the ONLY excuse for abbreviations. There are NONE for when you're replacing words with numbers.
Hmm, what else? Bad grammar gets on my nerves, but not so much. Some people don't know a lot of the English grammar rules, which is understandable. Some people on Gaia aren't even American. Which I think it uber cool.
