Hamster Dance
I was walking around China Town and came across a pet store. on a whim I went in and couldn't help going to visit the cute and cuddley section. There were tanks of fancy mice and $99 chinchillas but amongst them were a few dwarf hamsters. Then I saw him, standing on the huge makeshift dog bowl, filled to the top with hamster pellets and seeds. He was a tiny gray little guy, with a dark stripe down his back and had little furry white feet. So I bought him and food, water bottle, bedding, and a cage. My mom totally freaked. We're renting so we aren't really suppose to have pets, but I think the real reason why she wanted to throw him out on the street, was because she hated rodents of any variety. Funny though, Little bear, the hamster is happily still in our home three days later. he loves to crawl up my arm around my back and down the other arm. heart
