Before anyone asks, no, I don't like clovers. xp I just happen to love St. Patrick's day and that is why I dressed up. Luckily I'm a Scots-Irish too. Pity my mom's the one with the red hair.... Anyway, just want to say happy St. Patrick's day and if I catch anyone not wearing green, get ready for a traditional- Ouch! DAD! I'm wearing green! Go pinch mom! gonk
Anyway, I was going to say I'll pinch non-green people before I was so rudely pinch by none other than my oh so loving father.
Which reminds me, he took me to Medieval Times Thursday for my 15th birthday! *plays a tape with clapping noises* For those who are unfortunate enough to not know about this oh-so-cool restaurant, here's a bit of explaining: Medieval Times is a restaurant where you go in, get sat at a certain section that cheers for a certain knight. You have a feast, with fingers ( exclaim ), and watch a jousting tournament. Basically dinner and a show.
Anywho, we ended up cheering for the Green Knight (co-inky-dink?), who I think happens to be Irish, 'cause one of the knights said something about the villagers always being drunk ( xd ). So, the joust starts. The Blue Knight faces the Red Knight first. Blue defeats Red, and the 'Head-Knight' (who is Blue's uncle or cousin and is Red/Black) wants Blue to kill Red. The princess intervenes and Red forfeits, but keeps his head. Next is White against Yellow/Red. White defeats Yellow/Red, killing him since the rest of the tourney is a fight to the death. Next is Green against White. Green eventually kills White, though he almost got killed doing it. Yellow comes out on a horse, in a charge, and tries to spear Green while he's unhorsed. green dodges, gets on his horse, and then proceeds to kill Yellow. If you think that's exciting, wait 'till you hear what happened next. Green is entitled champion and Red/Black (head knight) is supposed to give him a 'holy sword' of swords, meaning he's the protector of the throne. Following Red/Black is four monks. The king goes through a speech, the the head knight does. Meanwhile Green is trying to hurry them along. (:sp smile Red/Black says "Here's is your prize" and grabs the sword and kills Green (Boo!!!). Big commotion starts, monks turns out to be bad guys, and the king finds out it was the Red/Black knight who killed his brother, the first king. Pages come rushing out, followed by non other than the Red knight! Battle ensues, Red finally defeats Red/Black, but the king doesn't let him kill him. Why? Because he lets the people (the audience) decide his fate! They cheer out DIE! and the executioner comes. Red's a bit disappointed he can't be the one to kill Red/Black, but oh well! That's just the plot line. It was so fun! There was a horse show, a falcon show, and wonderful feasting! Later, I got knighted by the king himself and am now "Lady of the Realm" according to the picture and certificate I got. ^_^ I got said picture signed by Green (yay!) and then bought a little knight figurine at the gift shop. I would have bought a sword (or a shield, which I don't have), but I didn't really have the money at the time.
Well, I shall stop my bragging now. All in all, I had the best birthday ever! And it just keeps getting better, 'cause my friend Kylaena gave me a big bouquet of flowers and a jade pendant on Gaia! ^_^

Okay, I shall really stop rambling now. Soon as I say this random thing: I want a real monkey... Or maybe a falcon... Perhaps a time machine- oof! Maxi! Stop trowing pillows at me you crazy cat!
