Well faithful reader(s), I have decided to return to the world of spilling my guts to people I never have, nor never will in all likeliness, meet face to face. Not the most lucrative, but at times it does help the soul. Not that I would know, for I sold mine long long ago for $5. ((I got the better deal.)) Well, for the past few months I have been pouring my sweat blood and tears into my school's musical "Hello Dolly." ((Just an expression folks. That would be considered unsanitary.)) Well, it's over and done with now. I played the head waiter Rudolph Reisenweber for my cast, and I have been told by a few reliable sources that I was one of the best parts of the show. ((Friends and family.)) Doing musicals is a really fun experience, since I love to sing and act, and it is kind of sad to see the show come to an end, but now I have free time. Yay!
In other news, one of my really good friends has returned to Gaia. Names shall not be disclosed for the protection of her identity. She's a girl, as are most of my friends on Gaia ((few as they are.)) This leads me to conclude that I'm either incredibly suave and intelligent, or they all pity me enough to put up with my ramblings. ((My $5 is on the latter of the two.)) This friend of mine is a very fun RPer, and we do enjoy a steady, constant stream of RPing with each other, although it seems at times that she really just puts up with me for some reason I don't know about. This seems irrational, and probably is, but I'm a teenager, so I'm allowed to be irrational. She is very nice though, and like I said, I enjoy RPing with her a great deal. Then again, I enjoy RPing with... well, all the people I RP with. Go figure!
In other geek news, my father and I have signed up for this gigantomungous tournament called Quake City Rumble. It's a tournament of 92 ((My dad and I are 91 and 92)) Warhammer players who come from all across the country to play in a two day Warhammer tournament, laugh at each other, bellow taunting, and become incomprehensibly innebriated ((I will not be taking part in this part of the activities, thank youveyr much.)) If you don't know what Warhammer is, you can just google it. I admit right off the bat that it is VERY geeky, but the people are usually very nice, and the game is very fun. It happens in 4 weeks, and I am so excited!
Finally, I saw 300 yesterday... It... was... AWESOME!!! It's not winning any awards, but omg it was so totally worth the price of admission. The critics can all go bite themselves, the pretentious little jerks. If you are going into this movie to see beautiful screenplay, deep complex and satisfying plots, and well developed characters, then you just wasted your money ((Just like the guy who wasted $5)). This movie did what it was supposed to do, show the audience 300 impossibly built men thoroughly kicking a**. Oh my god, I could just go on about how awesome the fight scenes ((infinite in number)) were and on, but I want to point out the horrible twisted unfairness. The 300 rugged, beefy, men's men all die, but the hunchback freak gets an orgy! Unfair! ((I have nothing against hunchbacks and the like, but if you see this movie you will totally agree with me on this point.))
Well, if you have made it this far, congratulations, you have survived my weekly ((I can only hope)) update. Hopefully I shall write up another little essay for people next sunday. TTFN.
