Iris smiles and appears quickly behind shadow. Shadow turns sensing Iris’s energy as quick as she let her power be revealed. He says in her mind “Vampire. Filthy creature, why do you seek me?” “You ask me why do I seek you there are many reasons why I seek you. But I have one major reason and that is only one word. Night” As he heard Night’s name come out of her mouth Shadow lunged forward and pinned Iri’s on the floor. “Come now Shadow you really think that you can defeat me?” Iris laughs” you must be joking if u think that you have any chance any chance at all at defeating me” as she said these words she grabs Shadow and throws him against the tress. Shadow hit’s the first tree and it brakes then he hit’s the second tree and falls to the ground. The tree snaps in two and Shadow lies unconscious on the ground. “Now that’s what I thought you pathetic excuse for an animal.” Iri’s kneels down and takes out a silver knife.

“Everyone please close your mouths now,” Kyril says as he stands and raises a glass up into the air “ Now I have a very very important announcement to make” everyone in the room starts to quiet down. “Yes everyone I gladly announce that tommor I am going to be married to the one and only priestess and secret demon slayer, a demon herself, Night. “he quickly tells Night to stand in her mind and so she did what she was told.Everyone within the room claped and congratulated Eathen and Night for their engadgement and then were disissed to their chambers. “Now my beloved fiance” Eathen said to Night “ about my demand earlier you may now go on and do it,” he says kissing her lightly on the lips. “Yes Kyril I’m on my way,” she turned and bowed to Kyril and quickly changed into her clothing she was going to use that night. Which was her ninja uniform with her hair tied up in a ponytail and the crimson red rose on the side of it. Night stood and teleported out of her room and appeared above the tree where Shadow and iris were battling each other.
Iri’s had the knife above her head now and was ready to strike when she heard a noise behind her. Iris urns recognizing that power that stood behind her. “You how dare u show your face here “ her gaze quickly falls on Night’s neck and she notices that she is now completely Kyril’s. “Hum how interested a demon being a slave to a beloved master” Iri’s laughs but quickly quiets down when she realizes Night isn’t standing in front of her anymore. She turns but stops as she feels a cold blade on her neck and on her heart. “Darkness has now come for you and your hatred has now subsided to fear a demon defeating a vampire shows what your destiny was from the start.” Night smiles but tears fill her eyes as her barely conscious human side realizes that this person . . . . This person who she was about to kill was and is her friend whether Iris knew it or not. “Friends we are not now we are enemies now you will die to pay for all your deadly deeds you have done. After all filth you are and filth you shall always be.” Iris turns and begins to strike Night. Night turns and quickly retrieves both daggers she had dropped when Iris struck her on the side of her face. Night jumps up in the air and smiles as she uses a spell of illusion to create more daggers and confuse Iris to which blade was the real one. Iris looks around and curses under her breath. “Curse you witch. Curse you and damn you to hell” as Iris said these last words the blades struck her everywhere sending her flying to the trees.
Though the daggers were illusions Rin added an extra enchantment , so when the blade hit the skin she felt 10 times more of the power than she would with the real daggers. Iris turned no wounds showing on her skin. She turns and takes out a sword from behind her “Now you pitiful half demon, its my turn. I promise you I won’t miss like you did.” As Iris turned blood began dripping from all of her body. “What the -” she coughs up blood and falls to her knees. “As I said a demon battling a vampire your faith was decided long ago and therefore your life belonged to me” Rin’s body began to glow as a crimson red black flame surrounded her body. Rins eyes began to change from crimson red to icy blue. She was beginning to transform into her second form a form which she had always tried to not transform into. Her hair changed from its normal silver red to a complete silver. Her ears began to disappear and started to change into normal human ears. White wings began to appear on her back but still Rin kept fighting herself to not transform but sadly she was losing that battle.
Finally no longer to control herself she transformed into her second form. A beautiful angelic form of herself. The mist around her disappears and Rin’s form appears standing confidently with no fear nor hatred in her beautiful icy blue eyes. Her wings stretch around her and a beautiful red aura surrounds her making Rin all the more beautiful and mysterious. Iris stares at her in amazement she realized that Eathen had been right all along she really wasn’t human and apparently Night knew that. Iris stands and takes a kunai out of her sheath. “here and now we will decide this. Who will parish and who will survive. Who will be victor and who will admit defeat.” said Iris but before she was able to continue Night interrupted. “ENOUGH! I say enough you filthy creature. Here and Now your faith and your life will perish and no one . Hear me no one will bother to morn for a pathetic creature as yourself. I do not fear you nor do I consider you a threat but I do consider you a great annoyance. So now die!!!!!!!!!” Night appears behind Iris quicker than before. Her wings spread around Iris’s body and bonded her tightly. “now my beloved Iris” Night said to her with a voice full of spite. Her gaze piercing Iris’s making Iris shiver. “I shall take your life,” with that said a dagger came from within her wrist, piercing the skin on her wrist and appearing on her hand. Desperate iris concentrated all of her power in the hand with the dagger and struck Rin on her side. Rin smiles as the blade touched her skin and pierced it. “No blade can harm me for long. All you are doing now is making me make your death last longer and more painful.” she smiles and with the knife on her hand she careful carves her name Night on Iris’s shoulder making it slowly and painful on both arms. As Night leaned in closer Iris took advantage and bit her on the neck making sure to let Night feel every drop of blood being sucked away from her veins.” Rin smirks as she feels her blood being drained from her body. She grabs the knife in her hand and slashes her in the heart. “Now you die” Night said as she takes the knife out and finishes Iris by slicing her throat open. Blood fell on the ground and covered Night’s clothing and flesh. She smiles and licks the blood off her face.
Shadow wakes and stands smelling the fresh sent of blood in the air. He sniffs the air to get a closer smell of other scents in the air. “Night?” he says questioningly and walks closer to the figure that stood in front of Iris. “I dam you to hell Rin a thousand times and beyond. I hope Kyril will make your life miserable.” Blood falls drips to floor from each wound she had on her body and she fell to the ground motionless. “To bad death had different plans for you” she smiles and wipes her blade clean on her clothing. She hears a branch brake and she turns smiling as she sees Shadow standing in front of her. “S . .Shadow it’s you” Rin’s conscious side sighs in relief as she sees Shadow safe and alive. “Mistress Night? How and when did you escape? Why didn’t you contact me and told me that you where still alive?” Night smirks. “Oh Shadow I missed you so much” she falls on her knees come Shadow come so I can embrace you” Shadow runs and pounces on Rin licking her face. “Mistress I’m so glad to see you again safe and sound. I missed-”His words where cut off as the blade entered his heart and killed him. Tears fell down from her face as her conscious side came back to the surface and took control once more of her body. “Shadow . . . . Shadow plz . . plz forgive me. I don’t know why or how could I ever harm you” tears continued to fall on Shadow “ I’m sorry Shadow I promise you that I will kill Kyril and make him pay for what he has done.” with that said she lays on shadow and cries until she falls asleep.
While she slept she had a dream. “Shadow? I thought I.. I mean.. I’m… Shadow plz forgive me.” “No I will never forgive you. Never do you hear me. I trusted you and you betrayed my trust. You killed me and destroyed who I was and for that you must pay. Pay with your own life.” Shadow pounces and lands on Rin. He pins her to the ground and claws deep into her skin. Rin tries to push him off but its hopeless. She realizes that this was her punishment for betraying him. For killing him and destroying the best friend she had. The only best friend she had. She stops struggling and embraces death as she allows Shadow to take his revenge on her. As he was about to bite her neck she wakes in a cold sweat. “No!” she screams and realizes she is in her room in her bed. She figured someone must have gone to search for her and must have brought her back. She lays her head on her knees and realizes that it didn’t matter. That nothing mattered anymore now that she had slain her friend. Now she had no one in the world , no one to trust, no one she could ever have close to her. She was now a murderer and had innocent blood on her hands. For that she could never forgive herself. She could never be who she once was and now she despised who she had become. A cold blooded murderer and slave to Kyril. She begins to sob now realizing she is all alone in the world. She hears someone knocking on her door but she didn’t answer. Kyril appears in the doorway and lets himself in to her room. He comes to her side and sits next to her. “ Oh my dear why do you cry? Is there something wrong?” he hugs her trying to comfort her. As he hugs her, Rin pushes him away. “Get away from me! Don’t you dare touch me you. . . . Monster” she continues to cry “How and why . . . . Kyril tell me why? Why did you have to make me kill Shadow? Why did you have to make me have innocent blood on my hands?” she grabs Kyril by the collar “How could you make me into what I am now?” she growls and lets go of him “I do not kill nor hurt anyone unless I have no other choice but to kill them. I am not a murderer and I have never been . But you have changed me into a cold blooded murderer. A murderer that has no say in anything. I have never been a slave and you dare put some spell to make me into a slave and your lover. Love is something you should feel for someone not make someone feel these feelings. Trust me one day . . . One day I will take my revenge on you Kyril and when that happens I promise you I will not take pity on you instead I will do the opposite which is destroy you little by little the way you have destroyed me.” She turns as she says the last words and lays back on the bed crying silently. “




CHAPTER FOUR:
A NEW FRIEND APPEARS

Kyril stands and walks away shutting Rin’s door behind him. “I see I have made the life of the woman I love a living hell. Perhaps I should give her space for now and move the wedding to some other date. For now I shall give her freedom from my spell and let her be who she wishes. I’ll let her find out on her own that she no longer will be free but forever a slave to me.” Kyril walks away with a smile upon his face. Rin stays on her bed for a long time. Her tears falling slowly and more calmly now. Her crimson necklace begins to glow. “If . . . . . If only I had a bit of freedom I would try and find a way to get rid of this curse.” Her necklace now being absorbed and her eyes changing back to her normal crimson color. She falls asleep once again nothing disturbing her sleep.
After a few hours she awakens and changes into her black kimono that was left for her to change in on the door. A note falls from within the kimono.
To my beloved Night.
My dear beloved,
I see that living with me has caused you nothing but pain, sorrow, and hatred towards me and yourself. I have decided to apologize for that I had no right whatsoever to make you love me and kill your beloved Shadow. I have decided to let you have your space and your ever longing freedom. But only until I can speak to you once again in person. The kimono that was left in your room for you to wear is a last present for me to you. Today the doors have opened from the mansion and the doors unlocked from your room. You are free to go and do with your life as you wish.
As you have probably noticed by now you have been freed from my spell and the necklace has disappeared. Once again I send my dearest apologizes for everything that has happened so far. I wish you luck on your journey. I will send you a messenger to let you know when I would like to speak to you again in private of course. There we will discuss my plans for you and I. I ask of you to please not deny the offer to meet with me after all I did give you your freedom you longed for. I do wish to remind you of one thing I will be keeping a close eye on you to know where to send my messenger when I come up with the date.

Rin closes the letter and puts it back into the envelope . She sighs with relief and happiness. “I can’t believe that he would just let me go like that “ she said surprised. She smiles and decides to take the opportunity that he had given her before it was to late. She puts the kimono on her hair , for some odd reason, was still curled to perfection. She puts her hair up in a half pony tail and puts the crimson black rose on her hair. She had grown accustomed to the crimson black rose she loved the color crimson since of course that was the color of her eyes. She thought in her mind “Alright I will accept his request to meet him but next time I will come fully prepared.” She turned and packed all her belongings taking her ninja uniform with her.
She was happy she was finally going to be free and liberated from this prison she was forced to be in. She bows to the room , now having all her powers with her again, turns and teleports out of it. She reappears deep with in the forest. She decides to get as far away from Kyril’s mansion , so she walks away until the next morning. She walked and walked until the sun had gone behind the horizon. She decided to rest now and take a small brake from her journey to sleep. She found herself a Sakura tree and lays under it. Setting a blanket on the ground and cover so she can cover herself with. Her sword at her side for fear of intruders awaking her.
“GOOD MORNING SUN! GOOD MORNING TO THIS BEAUTIFUL DAY THAT WE HAVE BEEN PERMITTED TO SEE ONCE MORE!” said a voice not far away from where Rin sleep. A beautiful melody traveled through the air and awakened Rin from her slumber. Rin rose and wiped the sleep from her face, changed into her ninja uniform and put a black cloak with a hood to conceal her ears. “Yes indeed a good morning” said Rin in her mind as she breathed in the fresh air. She walks to a small creek, grabs some water, washes her face and teeth and returns to her small camp picking up all her belongings and retuning them to their rightful place. Which of course meant stuffed in her backpack. Rin walks down the road to continue her journey but accidentally bumps into a person who was singing the sweet melody she had heard earlier in the morning. “Oh pardon me I didn’t mean to bump into you.” she says offering a hand to help her up from the floor. “My its no problem at all. I had no idea someone else was traveling this road besides me. Forgive me if I had awakened you by yelling and singing.” she bows. Rin stared at this strange creature before her. She had never before encountered someone as polite and as interesting as this creature in front of her. “Um.. No not at all . Don’t worry about it you didn’t disturb me at all, I was about to get up anyways.” Rin smiles and picks her up from the floor. “Oh how rude of me, my name is Melody a pleasure to meet you.” “Oh um.. My name is Rin you can call me Night if u wish. A pleasure to meet you as well.” she says . “Well it seems we are we are heading the same way. You in one direction and I in another,” she giggles.
“Well yes it seems that way doesn’t it” Rin smiles and laughs a bit at the innocents of this new friend she has encountered. “Well if u do not mind me asking where are you headed for?” asked Melody. “Oh I…Well to tell you the truth I am just a wanderer. I have no specific destination in reality. I , lets see, I just travel wherever the wind takes me to tell you the truth.” “ Well then it seems that we both travel the same path.” said Melody “Pardon me but I’m not understanding.” “ I mean something happened to us both. We both must have lost ourselves and lost the ones we love. So we wander in search of our true happiness. We wander to find out who we truly are who we can truly be. We wander because we feel it is a need to wander and because we feel that once we wander we might find somewhere were we might be needed. That is what we do. That is what we try to be or who we try to be to be more precise. We love each other but our hurt within our heart will not let us be satisfied with who we are. Our soul searches for more, searches something great within our life, something we can do and not regret at all. That is why we became wanders. We became who we are because we wanted to and because the need within our heart urged us to. That is why we do what we do.” melody turns around surprised that she had, in that moment, revealed her life the reason why she does what she does. Rin smiles “I see we are quite the same within spirit mind and soul. We seem to be bonded to each other and you have revealed to me your life which means you have revealed me or part of me anyway. I say why do we not travel together perhaps then we might find the comfort we seek within each other.” Night smiles as she offered this to her new friend Melody.
Melody stares at Rin at disbelief of what she has just said. It is true to a total stranger she had reveled her life but at the same time was revealing some of the life of the stranger who she now considered a friend. She thinks, no one no one had ever offered her to be with them not even the man who she thought had loved her but then found out it was all a pure lie. So now she wondered why someone so kind yet strange as this girl in front of her named Rin would be gentle and kind enough to want Melody to be with her travel with her as a friend and not as a slave. She smiles “I’d be glad to travel with you Miss. Rin as a friend.” “Of course as a friend silly what else would I treat you as Shadow?” she blushes and looks at her embarrassed “forgive me you just remind me so much of my departed friend.” “No it is alright you may call me Shadow if u wish I have no problem at all as long of course I get to call you Night” Rin smiles “Alright Shadow it is a deal” as she shakes hands with Melody a beautiful tattoo of a black rose is traced on the right sides of Melody and Night binding them for eternity as friends. “Deal” said Melody with a smile on her face.
“Well then it seems I have met a good friend indeed” Night smiles at melody. “Well then shall we go now?” “Yes we shall Night” she smiled at her. Night gathered her belongings and awaited Melody at the edge of the road. “Alright I’m ready to go” Melody said smiling. “Ok” Night said but as soon as she said that she heard a wagon and horse hoofs. “Move out of the way melody!” Night exclaimed as she jumps in the way and pushes her aside. The wagon halts “Forgive me Mademoiselles my horse was out of control I couldn’t stop it” he gets off of his horse. This stranger seemed so familiar he had his face flawless and icy glacier blue eyes. Rin stared at the young man. “Pardon me but is that you Rin?” he asked stepping forward to Rins side. Rin stared at him a bit confused. “Yes my name is Rin but do I know you?” she asked him. “Rin!!!! I’m so happy it is you. I have not seen you in such a long time!” he says. “Um yes it has been quite a long time but I’m not sure I know you. You seem familiar but have we met before?” rin asked even more confused. “Oh come now it hasen’t been that long has it. Lets see about 3 or 4 months perhaps. After I found out Iris was dead I decided to travel around and see what I could see.” he smiles “But then I remembered you and I wanted to find you so that we would have a chance to talk.” Rin, after he had mentioned her name, knew who he was he was Eathen the young man she had met when she was walking in the forest with Shadow. “Oh hi Eathen !” she says finally remembering “This is a new friend of mine Shadow. But her real name is Melody. She’s lovely isn’t she?” she asked Eathen . Eathen stares at Melody “ A pleasure to met you mandamuses “ he bows slightly “Yes indeed a pleasure to meet you Monsieur Eathen.” she says curtsying a bit. Night smiles. Eathen looks at her “ I .. I need to speak to you Rin” he say a little bit of anxiety in his voice. Rin nods her head and turns to Melody “Excuse me for a bit it seems that he needs to speak to me in private. I will return shortly Melody you may eat lunch if you wish now for we have a long journey ahead of us and it will be extremely difficult if we do not have anything in our stomach’s.” Rin says smiling “I will look for you when I am done speaking with monsieur Eathen.” “Oh alright Night I will be waiting for you there in the clearing in the forest if of course that is alright with you” she says smiling. “That is fine Melody I will look for you when I am done speakin to him.” before Melody could respond Rin had already turned and was on her way to a clearing in the forest. Eathen awaited Rin leaning causally upon a tree. “Thank you for agreeing to meet me Rin. Here I believe this belongs to you.” He hands her a small scroll embedded and sealed with the sign of a silver two headed dragon. Rin stares at him confusion in her mind. “Eathen?” she asks her thoughts now clearing and making her think fully sensed now. “Eathen plz tell me something.” she looks at him. Eathen stares at her back “Yes?” he says “I’ll tell you whatever you wish to know” he says smiling and looking at her. “Eathen do u? Do u know someone named Kyril?” she asks pleading in her mind that he doesn’t. “Yes Rin I do” he says. Rin looked at him and a flashback appears in her mind. Sorry but I have to tie you up again and give you to my master unconscious. “WAIT!! NO!! Eathen that’s not fair!” she says and then blackout.

“Eathen you are working for him.” she says a bit of shock in her voice. “Yes Rin as you might have already figures out by now, After all you are very intelligent, I am Master Kyrils right hand man servant. For your other question perhaps you had in mind, I am also the one whom was chosen to give you this scroll to when your next meeting will be with him.” he bows. “That is why I have been traveling around trying to find you, to be truthful.” he says and bows. Rin looks at him “Eathen I see. . . . You are the one whom turned me in to him and caused this to happen to me.” she says sighing “thank you Eathen you have done your job, you may now leave.” she says turning around and heading for the clearing. “Rin I am sorry, but I had to do it. Plz forgive me.” Rin looks at him “ Eathen I will always forgive you no matter what you do to me. I have a kindred heart and I appreciate it that you are being honest and truthful to me. But you did betray me Eathen, well not exactly betrayed but plz don’t ask for forgiveness for that is already done and will always be.” Rin smiles and gently touches his face. “here Eathen I believe this is what you have not had in a long time and need at this instant.” Rin hands him a vile full of blood and smiles. Rin still had her hand on his cheek, he gently presses his face into the palm of her hand and closes his yes. “Drink Eathen and regain your strength, for you will need it on your long journey that is awaiting you.” she says and lets go of his cheek, turns, and walks toward Melody. Her long silver red hair can be seen from the bottom of her cloak as she walks back to the clearing. “Night!” Melody stands and runs ti Night embracing her slightly “Lunch had been ready but it looks as if though we will have to travel tomorrow.” she says staring at the sky. “Yes one more day of rest should help us indeed Melody” she smiles “Shall you join me for late afternoon lunch?” she asks her. “Of course I will join you Rin” she says and smiles.” “Alright thank you Melody” I said sitting down. By the time they had finished re cooking all the items the sky was dark and the full moon was high above the sky. “Well shall we eat? Asked Melody.
Her smile was so warm and truthful. I looked at her “Yes lets eat and sleep under the moonlight tonight. Lets sleep and enjoy the beauty of the world for tonight. Let us look upon the never ending stars of the universe that light the world when it is in its darkest. Let us sleep tonight and remember all the good there is in the world. Let us remember that the never ending stars shall guide us through the night. As long as we know this then we have nothing to fear. As long as we know this we will know that out hearts will be saved. That we shall be able to travel at night with no fear of anything for if the moon does not guide us the stars will be there looking down upon us and guiding us to a world of beauty and a world of dreams where nothing evil will harm us.” Night sighs and closes her eyes enjoying the warmth of the illuminating glow of the moon upon her skin. Melody looks at Night and smiles. “How beautiful, you are poetic and yet calm , yet speak words of truth when you look at the blanket of darkness that enfolds us. I wonder how such a creature with that passion can be so kindred in mind and soul.” Night didn’t take her gaze off of the sky. “Thank you Melody I appreciate you saying this about me but if u only knew the things I have done in my past then u would never say things like that about me. If u only knew the monster that I was once long ago the words that have come out of your mouth would never have been spoken.” she says. Melody turns quickly and scoots closer to Night. “no your wrong . What was in the past shall stay in the past and what is now should e treasured” Melody says embracing Night tightly “I understand u , plz believe me I understand u quite well , but for u to think of yourself that way it shall only make it worst upon you.” Night turns her gaze and embraces Melody back strongly her tears silently falling to the ground. “Thank you” she says “Thank you for what u have given me. Thank you for once again returning my hope for a normal life back to me. Thank you for given me strength when I needed the most.” she hugs her tightly and melody does the same. “let us sleep now Night . Let us dream upon the stars tonight in hope for a better tomorrow.” Melody strokes her hair gently. “tonight is a night we shall celebrate within our own minds. Tonight is a night in which we shall make a bond to never be apart from each other no matter what. I love u so as my greatest friend and only friend I have.” Melody says. Night stares at her in surprise. “I see I have made a great choice in choosing to call you my Shadow.” Night smiles “Now I can finally say this with true feeling behind it. You are the one who will also posses his power my friend u will posses Shadows strength and intelligence as well as his own power.” Night smiled at her and leaned back against the tree her ears twitched slightly under her cloak. “I think now I can also confide in you enough that I can show you exactly what I look like.” Melody looks at her. She was right, for all the while that she has been with Rin not once has she ever seen her appearance. The only thing she has actually ever seen was Rins smile. Rin takes her black cloak off revealing her crimson slayer uniform underneath and the daggers carefully concealed within the uniform and her hour glass body figure. So they seemed almost invisible against her skin. Her silver red hair curled gently around her. Her black dog like ears twitched slightly as they felt the breeze of the air. Her glowing crimson red eyes where so fierce on her creamy chocolate skin. Melody stared at her in amazement “how beautiful “ she said standing up and trembling a bit. “Yet how fearful in the same way.” she said stepping back a bit. Night kneels down and picks up her cloak and conceals herself once again.
“the knowledge that I have gracefully bestowed upon you of who I have trusted, must never be said out loud for my enemies lie in every corner and every waking shadow that lies around.” Melody sits down under a tree and gracefully leans back making sure that she does not fall as she leans against the tree.


CHAPTER 4 :
THE MEETING

Melody had fallen asleep after awhile. Night new she was frightened of her.
That was not a surprise. Rin takes out the scroll that she was given by Eathen.

How interesting my beloved don’t you think? How interesting to find out how much you are adoring and enjoying this soon to end freedom. But I wonder how it was that you found out that Eathen was my spy. Then again it isn’t so surprising if I do say so myself. You are intelligent so no surprise to me that you figured out he was my spy. What a pitiful fool. He really believes that I will be able to bring his dead love back to life. But then again its interesting to see how far he will go in order to fid out whether this is true or not. He is such a good slave. I knew he longed for the touch of someone so when you touched him I must admit I was a bit frightened that he would reveal my plan.
But then again I knew he wasn’t so ignorant to disobey my orders. Hum… but anyways enough about him for now his death is soon to come anyways so he is the last thing upon my mind. About our agreement my dear Rin I wish to see you once again. The date is 6 months from now three days and 2 hours. The time will be 2 hours past midnight at the Sakura tree in which u slept in the first night of your travel. Of course you do remember your promise that you would meet up with me since I gave you your freedom correct?

Night closes the scroll and places it on the ground. She knew that she
Had to accept that was no lie. Now she had to make an important choice. She either had to reveal to Melody about her past and about Kiryl or she either had to leave Melody 6 months from now with no explanation whatsoever of her whereabouts. Rin sighed and bowed her head down. Hatred and sorrow flared within her soul and her heart. Why . . . why did she have to choose? She didn’t understand. Every single time she meet someone whom she wanted to be close to, someone whom she could trust and believe in, someone who she could really call friend, she always had to rid of them as soon as she gained their trust and their friendship.
Night closes her eyes the breeze slowly passing by and caressing her cheeks. She drifts into sleep but her mind stayed in the state of awareness. She felt something warm at some point at night. Something so gentle and sweet. But still she felt at a state of unease for awhile. The item or thing scooted closer to her making her feel warmer and more sound. She slept deeper than she had ever slept before. Here in the dream state that she was in she couldn’t feel anything. She couldn’t see or think of anything but the sweet taste of sleep. When she woke she saw Eathen in her lap his face full of pain and loneliness. For now she thought she would like to heal his eternal pain and hurt from his heart and make him feel alive and once again back to normal. Night gently stroke his hair making him stir in his sleep. Nights ears twitch. She knew that Kyril was right about Eathen. She knew that he longed for the touch of someone and the company of someone as well. She couldn’t help it, since the first time she had seen him she knew he wasn’t like any normal vampire. He had a sweet and charming personality. He also had a very kind heart to go with it. Eathen awoke at her touch. He looked up at her and smiled. “Thank you Night. Thank you for allowing me to feel your warmth and strength. Thank you also for not turning me away when you saw whom I was.” he says still laying on her lap. She slightly smiles. “Indeed Eathen indeed. I wish to say something to you.” she says staring at him. Eathen looks at her “yes?” he asks. “Eathen would u allow me to make your pain go away? Would you allow me to make you smile and give you warmth when you need it? Would u allow me to heal your heart from the wounds that have been inflicted upon it?” Night asks a slight blush upon her face but it was not visible. Eathen’s pale cheeks turned cherry red. “To answer your question Rin my answer is Yes I will allow it.” he says and then lays his head down once again. Rin slightly blushes, she never before ever felt this feeling she was now experiencing. Night slowly strokes his hair and then kisses him slightly on the cheek. Eathen stares at her in amazement he had fallen for Night that was very obvious ever since he first saw how well she stood up to Iris with no fear in her at all. He admired her for that for he had only felt fear that he believed to be love when he was with Iris.
Maby he could learn to love a person with love instead of loving someone just for interest or just to keep someone as a companion. He was sure though that the person to change him would be Night.
