Yesterday was completely and utterly normal.... except for the evening, which was completely and utterly insane. XD

I was just doing my normal thing-- work, school, and work again, and then while I was at work one of my co-workers, David, asked me to go and help him with a job. So I did, and we were out in the cold for like, an entire ******** hour before we were finished. Not that I minded... since it wasn't as cold as it was the last time I went with him, and also because the change of scenery was quite nice. But when he originally came and picked me up from the library (this was before we went out) he noticed that he needed gas, and said that he would get some when we went back out.

We passed by six gas stations. SIX. And he didn't stop by one of them. I figured maybe we weren't that low on gas or something... so I didn't bother to remind him, but it turned out that he completely forgot, so while we were on our way, the car died.

Served him right, but he was SOOOO pissed. And it was SOOO funny. He was cursing and I was laughing my a** off. In a kind of 'serves you right' sort of way. Yes, I'm a sadistic b***h. I know. XD

ANYWAYZ.... he luckily had a gas tank, so we took it and walked to the nearest gas station, which luckily was right down the street (told you we passed by a lot of 'em). Of course, when we got there he realized there was no bloody CAP on the gas tank, so we ended up walking with an open gas tank, past about 100 cars, up the street, back to the car. And when he was almost there he started cheering and RUNNING with the goddamn gas tank. Oh. My. God.

And then he managed to procure a funnel from inside his trunk... which didn't really work... and he splashed gas on his brand new loafers... and on the car, which he had to rub off in order to preserve the paint, of course. And then finally he's finished filling it up, and we get in the car, he turns the key, and the car sputters and dies. And he's like "START, you piece of s**t!!" and I'm laughing my a** off (silently) at him.

Finally he get's the car started, and he drives down to the gas station and fills the car up with gas. By which time I am finished with my cup of hot chocolate (which I bought while I was waiting for him to get the gas the first time around). He gets back into the car, hands COMPLETELY covered with gasoline, and says 'I can't take this smell anymore! I'm ********' stressed out! I need a cigarette.'

Now, how smart do you have to be to realize that it's not a good idea to light a cigarette on fire when you're hands are covered in gasoline!?!?!?!? It's a wonder he didn't manage to burst into flames on the way back! But luckily we got home safe, with the job done, and he washed up. But needless to say, I was going W...T...F!?!?!?!?!?!? The whole time.

ANYWAYZ... other than that, it's been normal. Things are moving, and I'm in love... and lovin' it. ^^ And of course James (who'll read this at some point or another... since he likes to stalk me in my journal entries) will agree with me on this point. We had fun this morning. Eheheheh... XD

Aside from all that *cough cough* I need to finish my book. Like, now. Before I get killed. So... I'll see ya around. Byez. wink
