i was coming around our hills version of dead mans corner and the road is wet with rain. I was probably going a bit fast and then there was a car coming the other way. My lights are on high beam so I go to turn them down... and kinda turned them off instead.

Car swerves, I lose control and keep it locked into a turn but there wasn't enough room and I ran up the gutters, across the foot path and hit someones fence with the front corner passenger side of the car... crying .

Poor car... really poor fence... I kinda snapped the post holding up the fence and the post box besides.

My shoulder sort of hurts a bit too, now that i stop to think about it. I had a mildly pulled muscle in it and had been swimming to exercise it without to much stress... I think I've probably re pulled it some.
Eheh, oops.

Lucky I only cracked a bit off the indicator and knocked the wheel guard a bit.

Anyway I'm fine... or I couldn't be typing, whether I'll be fine tomorrow is a whole other story. :S

Anywho, i just felt the need to tell someone... besides mum who's going to have to handle the insurance...

Winces. yeah, I did the responsible thing and went and knocked and the door an said... um, about your fence and such.

Maybe I should go and take a retraining course, this is my second accident this year.
