OMFG IT'S OFFICIAL... I'M A WORLD TRAVELER! lol I'VE BEEN TO PARIS, FRANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was the greatest. I wish I could go back. I would love to. Everything reminds me of being there. I loved it. The first day we took a tour down the main road (crap I forgot the name) with all the famous (and expensive) designer labels and we saw Arc de Triomphe where the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is at.Then we went to the Eiffel Tower and we ate at this cute little cafe a couple blocks from our hotel. We were about 8 or 9 blocks down the road from the Eiffel Tower. We went to the top of it. Talk about scary OMFG! Then the second day we took a tour on this funky boat thing down the River Seine (I can't spell) and then we went to Museé de Louvre and Notre Dame. I STOOD LITERALLY 3 FEET FROM THE MONA LISA OMFG!!!!!! It was sweet. And Notre Dame..... Omg I can't even begin to explain. It was wonderful..... It was so cool. It was all dark and gothic and I loved it.... There was something about it that made me want to nail my feet to the floor and never leave. Me and my mom climbed to the top of the bell towers. We saw the Grande Bell. Talk about a freakin walk. We were half way down before we started counting. 234. More than half way down. Holy crap I thought I was gonna pass out. Ok then that night we walked to a restaraunt. My grandma got escargots. Even though we didn't want to, my mom and I both tried it. OMFG IT TASTED LIKE FREAKIN MUDD I'M NOT EVEN KIDDING! AND IT WAS ALL SLIMY AND IT HAD THIS NASTY GREEN SAUCE ON IT OMFG TALK ABOUT DISGUSTING!!! Ok and on the last day we went to Versailles Palace, where Marie Antoinette and King Louis the 16th lived. I learned a lot there. Then we took a taxi around Paris at night. It was cool. We saw everything lit up. It was so cool. The Eiffel Tower twinkles for ten minutes every hour at night. It was awesome. And then that night before we left, we finally had our French pastries that we'd heard about. They were good. It was disappointing to leave, but oh so good to hear other people speaking English without a French accent. And the best part about being home was understanding other people's conversations and being able to read stuff. Oh, and seeing American money was nice. That's not all we did. One day we just shopped, trying to find a dress for the upcoming Christmas dance. And haha I fell in love with one and got it. Haha all the girls were jealous. I think that was on the second day. Yeah it was cuz I remember we got off the bus from Versailles and then walked down all the corner shops then to the main street. I loved being in Paris. But the thing I miss most is looking out the window and seeing all the purty lights. Every time I see a bunch of lights together I think of looking out the window in our hotel room at all the lights. Oh and ya know those little Smart Cars? The little bitty ones with two seats? Oh! Like the guy drives in Pink Panther? Ok well while we were there (for three days only), I counted 274 of them. And I know I missed some, like especially when we were going to Versailles and there was a wall between the two roads. And I forgot to say that we saw the tunnel where Princess Diana was killed in the car accident. We drove through it but its amazingly short so yeah. But then on the third night we walked to it. My grandma wouldn't let me or my mom actually walk into it. But it was really weird how it was part of the road. Hard to describe. But whatever. But we did a lot in 3 days. BUT OMG THE PLANE RIDES WERE THE WORST!!!!!! 8 FREAKIN HOURS IN A DANG AIRPLANE!!!! But it was scary over the ocean. Even though I couldn't see the ocean. But still.
