Retroactive to 7/16/15 (July 16th, 2015):
Started new exercise regime attempting to lose some weight
Goal: 600 calories per exercise day
Days: Monday(lower body), Tuesday(upper body), Wednesday(core), Thursday(cardio)
Result: Day 1 hit about 33% of goal in less than half an hour and vomited, took rest of day off to recover. (200 calories burned)
