i really like this pic cuz of the colors i used. it is from neopets and i did copy it. i added some of my own details and changed the picture a bit. since u might think i'm a copy cat-er i will submit a free hand drawing. plz rate high and plz tell wat u rated it and why so i know for next time.

- Hmm..It's alright, but like others have said, the anatomy of it is off. Instead of trying to draw what others have, try to imagine the water fairy in your own style. Make her tail nice and plump (if you prefer it to be) and perhaps her shoulders more rounder.
