I drew this about a week ago. I used Sakura Micron Pigment Liners, a black Sharpie, and a white gel pen. Anyway, I know that he's unbelievably skinny--he's supposed to be like that. I tried to make him look sort of creepy, but not too scary. Yup, that's about it.

Only critique I can find is that his legs are too short in comparison to his torso. Also, for future reference, more hunched posture = creepier.
