- Ouch. this really hurts to look at. Umm. Again this is extremely flat and just.. umm. u need to get passed these straight on portraits and very flat backgrounds. The perspective is very off on the background. i have to give this one 1 star. Please take my word for these critiques. i am in an art college. And truthfully I am doing a simple critique. So just keep working. Maybe do a 3 quarters view for your characters. And look up vanishing points
