Pretty good drawing and story.
I would suggest working a bit more on the water, I'm not sure if you're trying to make it look like a large veil that he can hold, so that was a bit confusing.

- Angle of head is odd, and the way the neck flows into the shoulders could use some work. I love the colors, but the application of them could be used a little better. I really like the han grabbing the wave, but it draws eyes to the fact that his uppertorso leads to...nothing. He must seriously have no butt at all. Sorry, but I had to mention it. I love the style of the clouds and lightning. Very Disney Hercules.
