You did pretty well with proportion all and all and your hand came out nicely. Hands are one of the most tricky for most people.
Your shadowing is pretty good considering, but remember in future pics that the shadows are just as important as the lights.
A good shading stump always helps, keeps your fingers clean too XDD You can always pick them up at a craft store, art store, and I think Wal-mart has some. - Report As Spam

It looks very good, but the one in the front, his arm doesn't look quite right. Its because of the way you made his cloths cut deep into his arm where it would bend at the elbow. And the way you made it sag coming off the elbow. I would probably have given the shape of the elbow some on the outside and not cut in so hard wrinkles and it would be pretty good.
