This is Edwin. He's ... Insane you could say. He's a vampire with bat ears.
On Halloween he's the one hiding in the shadows waiting for some teenager to come by who's cocky and thinks they can't be scared. Edwin jumps out and Turns into a bat in front of them and fly off.
