- I'm of the belief that smudging or blending techniques are no subsitute for just more work with the pencil and putty rubber. I could have worked into this more but, meh. Thanks for the tip though!

- It's very good, but I would suggest getting some blending tortillons to blend the shadows; they are very sketchy. You could also use q-tips, cotton, or kleenex.
