She's tilted, the bodyline curve is almost
nonexistent, and the hand is completely closed
around the bow. That's a no-no. Having some sort
of ground helps to align the picture, even if you
erase it afterwards. Other than that, though, you
did alright. Proportions are good, folds are drawn

try and talk about exactly what you like about the
picture; is it the hair? the eyes? the
background?
if you are critiquing, start with
something you like about the picture, then mention
specifically what you don't like. (eg. the hair is
