hmm.. well depending on how long you have been drawing.. and if you just started then its a start.
what may help for proportions and body structure would be an ordinary draw "how to" book.
it will help a lot and from their if you get fashion design books you can do better on how clothing sits on people
just keep working hard and you will get better!
