Emote Shadows are spirits of Gaian emos who died before their appointed times. They seldom speak vocally, letting their emote faces do the talking. This one is now shocked, perhaps because Moira or another of the NPCs found him in these crudely drawn sewers! XD
I took comments off as a precaution.
