- the shading is actually darker but the scaner i used made it a lot lighter than it was >< it looks a lot nicer in real life.....as for the tips thank you that is helpful, but if i can find my graphing pencils it'll make the shading easier with the variation in the lead

- that is gorgeous now u just need to add more shading details and coloring! lemme just give you some shading info..you wanna make it much darker in those areas and you see how some of your shading looks like lines? try to make your pencil move in more circular kind of ways like in tiny circles and gradually make it light. that will make it pop out of the paper! Keep working on this one! biggrin
