This is just a little chibi I did for a friend, of Walter from Hellsing: Dawn. The strings were supposed to make a halo, as he's called the angel of death, and I had wings behind him, but they just... didn't fit in with the picture, so I removed them.
(U___U I need more patience.)
Done in Paint Tool Sai: 3 1/2 hours.
