I randomly make my background so for whatever kind of wolf it is it's in the wrong area(I do mean area not arena) for a wolf and I know it. i think it turned out good, even the sun turned out good. - This is a good first step! You should go back through it and add more shading, maybe delineating the fur a little and bring out more definition in the background. Keep it up!
