- Description: I was in an extremely weird mood when I drew this one. I was listening to Boogie Woogie Wu by ICP on repeat for about an hour and this came out of now where. That is the Balloon Clown. I wanted to add more, but my lil bro wanted it so bad. The balloons that have been crossed out are the victums of the carnival. You should notice the balloon that looks like the clown is unmarked. ^^
