It aired on MTV from '97-99, and it was consisted of sock puppet characters. Now you're probably thinking "This is some stupid kids show!" but it wasn't. It was frickin crescent fresh, and there was nothing else like it! Anyways, before I keep rambling, this is Deuce Loosely, the "panda song guy".
