I designed him with the concept that in his lair, he could hide in a pile of bones, or in a dark corner, and with his eyes closed, easily be taken for a skeleton of a dragon. And then when that idiotic treasure hunter enters and passes by, he can lunge out and eat the explorer. So like an ambush. :3
I really do like him though.
