Hmm... the hair is shaded, but the face isn't. You should work on that. XD
Rin's eyes don't have a purple tint to them, unless you had a certain PV in mind. Otherwise, blue and purple eyes are just unnatural. She also lacks eyebrows. o_o;;. Another note: Usually, you'd include till the shoulders or at least the neck to make the face look not-as-creepy.
(So sorry if I come across as mean or picky. D: )
