So Leap year is Zero and Paul from the Pokemon movie and anime : )

Actually Zero (the guy you mentioned) has his based off the ghost dragon Giratina : ) Zero searches Giratina out in the Reverse world in the tenth Pokemon Movie... The other Pokemon bits are from magnemite/Magnezone/Magneton, his signature Pokemon of use. (Paul has Honchcrow and Dialga for his)

I am ashamed to admit that I can tell the pokemon that the guy with the white hair (not good with names!) has his costume based off of (darkrai).
