As you can see, this is Chii from Chobits.
This particular picture was in the art book for Chobits (your eyes only), given to me for Christmas (THANK YOU POPPA CHRIS!!)
I drew it with a .5 lead mechanical pencil and outlined and colored it with a set of PITT pens (another Christmas present) (THANK YOU MOM AND DAN!!)
Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated, rudeness is not! ^.^
