Ready, set, pull out your critical-typist's hands! GO!
One: stance: Have you ever actually stood like that? It's painfully stiff and very uncomfortable. Most people will be far more relaxed, unless it is for a formal event, say, marching in a parade. How to improve: go to the nearest mall, strip center, etc. Bring a camera. Taking pictures of people standing around, lounging, waiting in line, etc. Sketch how they sit, stand, slouch or whatever they do.
