You need to practice your anatomy here. Especially in the face. Try drawing from life, your family, friends, strangers even.
I also notice a lack of shading. I suggest picking where your light source would be and adding shadows based on that. It will help your drawing seem complete instead of just a sketch. - Report As Spam
