Her eyes are beautiful. The hair has great potential as well. If only the rest of the drawing had the same quality.
The dress has a good design, but the detail needs to be cleaner. Same with the hair (and take a little off the top). The part draped on her shoulder should have a more natural flow.
Also, the bow on her head needs more detail. It looks flat.
And finally, her hands need work.
Don't be discouraged; everyone has trouble with hands. ^-^
