it doesn't look very realistic...its shaded in an anime style....if you want it to look more realistic you should spend some time studying eyes (basically just look at a bunch) and you'll start to see that they're very detailed
eyes are round, try next time using curved lines to shade; follow the curve of the eyeball
try shading the eyelid in instead of drawing a solid line to show where it is....humans aren't made up of line, they're made up of highlights and shadows :] - Report As Spam
