- Thank you for your input, but I dont use photoshop to draw just to color and edit this and that. I use paint tool Sai or pencil and paper. i tried sketchbook pro and i didnt particularly care for it...i may try the corel majigger! thank you so very much n.n

- I'd suggest a program like Autodesk Sketchbook Pro (about $70) or Corel Painter 12 (about $300) if you want a good DRAWING program.

- I know this comment will probably be disregarded, but Adobe Photoshop (about $700) is really only good for adding textures and lighting effects to drawings--if using it for its INTENDED purpose, as photo-editing software. However, it's also easy for it to be used for coloring pictures, as well, but in my experience drawing with that particular program, as opposed to drawing with a program that was DESIGNED for drawing, results in more jagged lineart.
