I did this a while ago. This is not a real tatto, I just kind of put that cuz every one we know thought this was real XD
This is my boyfriend's back and I drew this on him in blue pen...blue...it looks black right? O.o

- lol yeah we tried to make it red so by slapping it a couple times but it didnt work too well : /

- the reason it looks real is because you colored it in very well and because people might figure it would be red arround it because it could be like a new tattoo.... I don't know too much of how it works so I'm just guessing XP 5/5
