- Ah, the maco ssetting! i love the macro setting. I love this picture, too. Good shot, though I think there's a little room for improvement. Like perhaps a little more focus on the outer petals. That's when all the red stops being detailed and starts running together.. i think people think it's stolen because there's a ton of rose pictures out there. smile but doesn't make it any less of a great shot.

I'm going to take that as a compliment to how good it is.
This was NOT stolen.
It is a photo of a rose I got for my birthday.
I used my Nikon D40, with a 50-200mm zoom lens, on macro setting, with a UV filter. Then I cropped it using Picasa. It's easy to crop a picture down to show this detail when it was taken at over 3,000x3,000 pixels.
Yes, the picture looks professional, because I use pro equipment. - Report As Spam
