- It's just a picture of the sky. Yes, sometimes this can be nice, but this sky isn't very interesting. Since you don't have anything in the foreground or background that is of interest, they sky must be the main subject; Which is a boring sky. The power lines also are very annoying, as with whatever that building at the bottom middle is. Search for good locations near you if you can. That way when you see a nice sky, you can go there and take pictures without the distracting things.
