And the effects is actually two pictures together. (a picture of under the water with a bright light aka. the sun and the photograph I took of the girl) There is surprisingly hardly any filters at all in the graphic.
Should of used these ones instead xD

Actually it was done in a studio at a salon. But I have never noticed that before only because there was only a lamp (no lamp shade) at the back of her where her hand was and a black light at the front where I was. Now I am curious of what that is in the fabric now (gonna try to edit that out) Here is the original picture that I took.

- yeah, as much as i like these type of concepts, people tend to lean WAY too much into editing. I can see under her left arm (by the cup on the sofa) that you were probably not in a very magical environment, which is okay, but try to get more creative and think outside of the box in the future so you can get a clearer and better looking photo that uses less effects but still looks just as awesome. good editing though!

- The filters/editting used are a bit distracting and in my opinion take away from the photo a bit. Pretty good though.
