As Mary Poppins and her companion Bert walk through the animated park, they stop by a small restaurant. After Bert calls for the waiters, four little penguins coming rushing out, to quickly set the table, and give Mary Poppins and Bert their menus. As Mary Poppins begins to sing her order, the penguins and Bert chime in and sing about their affection towards Mary Poppins, and give her a delightful show.

Even if you think it's bland, it's still accurate, and didn't use a set, unlike half the crap that places nowadays *coughcoughtenthplacecoughcoughcough*
I like it, and frankly, it's good, as far as cosplaying nowadays goes. Not to mention I've never seen another like it, so it's original too.
