- and yes he was involved in the atomic bomb... he was working on the technology in Germany until the Americans captured the equipment and pretty much told Einstein that they would pay him and he would help work on the bombs technology but you are right in the fact that he didn't actually put it together but he did develope it in Germany

- Einstein actually had very little to do with the Atomic bomb, all he did was sign a letter along with many other scientist that was written by another scientist and sent it to the president warning him of the possible threat of Russia having such capabilities. The scientist who actually wrote the letter was part of the project for the Americans creating the bomb, but other than his signature on that letter Einstein wasn't involved.
