- I think Naruto people have been overly done. So 1/5 because it is unoriginal and ridiculous how many Narutos there are out there. Yes you did do a good job but I'm just tired of seeing Narutos. Someone do a different character. How bout Neji or shikamaru or something.

Obviously Naruto is done a lot, but I've gotta say you've done really well with this one!
Also, good use of the Kelp o' th' Loch.
And to top it off, you made a good description too! Well done :3
The only mistake I can think of is that Naruto normally looks happier than that (and possibly that a Ninja Headband would be better...) XD
