this is Hikaru Hitachiin. the twin brother of Karou Hitachiin. and this is (more or less) the outfit they wore for the episode "haruhi in wonderland" (episode 13)
i hope you like this. took me a bit and trust me i had to improvise a lot with this costume. like the "cat ears", the yellow bandana, and the vest.
