Hmm... The eyes are off, but that's the only thing that really stands out.
The Carol of Ol' Nick has the cinnamon stick which works PERFECTLY for the wheat stalk in his mouth.

- I like, but there are actually a few items that might've worked better for the earrings, jacket, boots, and pant-length wise. You probably could've used cig or something to emphasize his oral fixation, and done something to the eyes. Still a very good and recognizable effort--4/5.
