Tthis is my third time doing this so I'm doing Kanda's 3rd uniform (If it sucks, I'll go back to 2nd)
A few rules. Obey or I'll chop you guys up.
1. Don't vote if you dislike me crossdressing. Only the female skin gives such eyes and hair. (And Kanda's a pretty boy. He has a better figure than some girls)

- Thank you, first 5 commenters! I shall say something first. Kanda, though he rarely smiles, does smirk in a "I PWN" sort of way. In fact the ref pic was taken from chapter 169. The dialogue at this point of smirking was "You want to break Mugen? Go ahead and try?" Winning smile and then proceeds to dismember Akuma. XD

- Honestly not familiar wit the character, but the avatar looks very nice, and definitely resembles the reference pic. I'll give it a 5/5, simply because it looks so cool. (Thanks for your rate on my avatar, btw! smile )

- This is really good, besides his smile. I think he would look more...unhappy, standing infront of a bunch of people voting on his clothes and face XD still a five outa five, though.
