This is a NetNavi from the MegaMan Battle Network series.
Eh, a few flaws here.. like the gold accessories that came with the leg part, and the glasses being slightly wider then the helmet.
The black/blue stripe undershirt is resembling Protoman's black/purple stripe under clothing, and the white shirt underneath the armor is mostly because i assume the armor is white underneath (look at his shoulders in ref pic), scarf is to hide the v-neck showing the white shirt - Date: 03/22/2010
