It has orange, oval-shaped eyes and green, curled horns or ears.It can manipulate its body to pass through cracks, no matter how narrow they are. They also can ride through whirlwinds.

As I said, it's a Gijinka, not trying to be the pokemon itself, but a humanoid form outfit based from it, I won't set down my standards.I like being moderately covered.
I'll try to find a brown tanktop instead of the hoodie and wench blouse, remove the shoes but the stockings and skirt are staying(The skirt covers most of the golden chain design on the stockings)

I wasn't sure what to put in the description to be honest, I didn't want to just proclaim how much I love this puffball.(But I do~)

reading you past post on your entry, sometimes you have to do skimpy to pull off an animal and/or pokemon. this to me is close but not gonna cut it. its good but i want it to be more. as for your discription, its dissapointing. its good that you cited it and told us where it originally came from but thats also not good. we want spice and different on discriptions. yes some key facts aswell. i give this 3 stars.

This is the fluffiest if you want to match the part of the description where it covers the back, neck and forehead, the Dandelion style would not cover the back
Personally,I prefer to have my avatars clothed.I don't like looking skimpy, even if for the sake of pure accuracy, as you can see there's Gijinka in the title and tags for the sake of not being yelled at for not being as close as the actual pokemon.
I can understand about the eyes, this is just my personal preference.Same with the shoes

Your best bet your be fluffier hair, the dandelion style, perhaps. If they had green ram's horns then that would be preferable...but they don't, so that's a good use of those ears, but you should use less clothing. Brown skin, brown bikini top or something, and brown underwear, and that's it. Smaller eyes, too. I know they're out there. But am I making sense? No shoes either. But I love Whimsicott, so I give you a 4 smile
