Guru Guru - Zelda Ocarina of Time
Guru Guru is the easily angered Windmill man of Ocarina of Time.He stands in the windmill playing his phonograph, trying to make the windmill rotate at the right speed.Link learns the Song of Storms as an adult,and play it as a kid to lower the wells water level,causing him to get angry.
He is slightly similar to the Happy Mask Salesman,as both are constantly smiling and have brief moments of surreal rage.
