- Your sleeves are gay. Not gay as an insult, but gay as in it's girly on the man base. You hiked your collar up a few inches and the cross belt has an unwanted sash. I few of these have won already. What sets you apart is the whip. Nothing else has been improved upon.

- I don't know man there is various flaws with this, aside from the fact Hollow Ichigo use straw sandals the top could have simply been done with a Kosode and not the Tsunami KO if going for ref pic. You probably was going for the Bankai setting when using that description but I would have say stick to the ref pic. If you were going for the bankai version then I would say Milady coat would have worked better than the Tsunami KO but congrats on placing.
